Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order to the United States — no minimum, and every order ships with tracking.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed and handed to our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days.
How long will delivery take?
After processing, delivery takes an estimated 7–15 business days. Each product page shows its own delivery estimate.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also follow your package on our Track Your Order page.
What is your return policy?
Returns are free within 30 days of delivery — we cover the return shipping. Items should be unworn, with the original tags attached. Email info@castellanlondon.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions and address.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How do I find my size?
