This website, castellanlondon.com (the "Site"), is operated by Castellan London. Throughout the Site, the terms "we," "us" and "our" refer to Castellan London. By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the policies referenced here: our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Site under your supervision. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including colors, measurements and materials as confirmed by our suppliers. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly from piece to piece. Each product page includes its own size chart; please check it before ordering.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Promotions, such as Buy 2, Get 10% Off, are applied automatically at checkout under the terms shown on the Site.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed securely by our payment processor; see our Payment Methods page.

4. Orders and cancellations

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order, not that it has been accepted. We may cancel an order — for example, if a product becomes unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You may request to change or cancel your order by emailing us before it has been processed, as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States. Delivery times, customs and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns are free within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on the Site is not accurate, complete or current. Occasionally, the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order.

The Site may provide access to third-party tools or links to third-party websites that we do not monitor or control. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castellan London will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you and that cannot be waived by contract.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Castellan London from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
